 10 Rounds For Time:

3 Squat Cleans 155/115

60 seconds rest in between rounds.

Perform the reps touch and go (which means that you follow the barbell to the ground and you use its rebound to flow back into the set movement) .

Note: Maintain maximum intensity whilst performing the squat cleans. The workout is designed to improve the capacity of using heavy weights at a high intensity.
